You are a qualified Speech Pathologist looking for a new and exciting opportunity to expand your clinical knowledge in working children and young people with speech and language difficulties, including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays and disability. You are passionate and flexible in providing innovative, evidence based and client centred services to children and young people in a clinic setting, education setting or home environment.
You have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to develop collaborative relationships with clients, families and colleagues to empower children and young people to develop self-confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning. You are flexible in your approach to working with a variety of clients and their families, operating in an individualised way with each person. About the Opportunity
We offer a unique opportunity for an innovative and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our compassionate and experienced team in a permanent full-time or part-time capacity. We also offer contracting opportunities. We are a family friendly business and offer our team a range of flexible work options such as working from home and flexible hours to suit your needs. You will be given the opportunity to work locally in your community and collaborate with like-minded allied health, education and medical professionals to provide a holistic service for families.
The role will involve a mix of working in our clinic (face to face and Telehealth) and off site (school, preschool and home visits) appointments. A typical caseload would likely include children and young people from 0-18 years with a diagnosis of ASD, developmental delays, language delays, speech difficulties, literacy challenges and stuttering. You may have the opportunity to program/plan therapy and groups for Allied Health Assistants to implement.
We have a strong emphasis on empowering our staff to reach their full potential professionally and personally. We will support you to develop a specialist clinical caseload or senior roles in your area of clinical expertise.

Above award wages plus super ($65-100k depending on experience).
